Provide customers updates on service calls.
Communicating calls to engineers.
Efficiently managing the engineer schedules.
Book machine installations, moves and collections with customers.
General service administration.
The Successful Applicant
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Highly organised
Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word
Experience is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently with initiative
Attention to detail and accuracy.
