The Workability Programme Lead will be responsible for planning and implementing a range of activities and programmes within the Spraoi Workability Empowerment Programme (SWEP) on a day-to-day basis.
They will be responsible for liaising with at least 20 employers, organising 9 annual events and manage the Personal Progression Plan Coordinator. They will have responsibility for managing the initiatives in the plans for up to 350 people with disabilities.
People with disabilities are defined as persons with long-term physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory impairments. Partnership with service users, statutory groups, tutors, facilitators, training institutions, and other staff team members is expected.
The role is for 37.5 hours per week and is funded under a 5-year fund from 2024-2027, through Pobal under the WorkAbility Programme.
