You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Absence Management and Time Tracking domain, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives

  • Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do

  • Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Absence Management and Time Tracking

  • Independently leading your workstream and reporting workstream(s) progress

  • Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution

  • Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

Benefits

We are looking for experience in the following skills: Prior experience implementing Workday HCM/Absence/Time Tracking or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor. Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage team(s) and client interactions. Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, fluency in English. Set yourself apart: Strong HR background and experience working with the absence and time tracking modules of the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday agenda. Up-to-date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications. 3-4 years of professional Workday experience.
