Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fulfill a hybrid role as a Workday Tech Lead with an understanding Talent, Learning and Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and configuring Workday solutions, with a specific focus on Talent, Learning, and Recruitment modules. As a confident point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, this individual will lead and support initiatives to enhance the overall Talent and Learning experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Implementation and Configuration:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday modules, with a focus on Talent, Learning, and Recruitment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Workday solutions align with business objectives.

Talent & Learning Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and expertise in Talent and Learning initiatives, including development programs, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with HR and Learning teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.

Point of Contact for Workday Support:

  • Serve as a confident point of contact for Workday-related queries, providing support to end-users in Talent, Learning, and Recruitment areas.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

Hybrid Role:

  • Perform the role remotely and be available for on-site work in either Leeds or London as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with a distributed team and stakeholders.

Contract Duration:

  • This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Workday certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in designing and configuring Workday modules, particularly in Talent, Learning, and Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of Talent and Learning best practices and industry trends.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and support.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Talent and Learning initiatives.
  • Experience in providing end-user support and issue resolution.

This hybrid role requires a candidate with a versatile skill set, combining technical expertise in Workday configuration with a strong background in Talent and Learning management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the organization's talent and learning strategy through effective Workday utilization.
