Hourly Rate- £11.30/hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Workflow Coordinator on behalf of a well established Facilities Management company on a 3 months initial contract to extend.
In this role you will maintain, respond to, plan and organise the full life cycle of all facilities management work from customer enquiry to job completion. Some other duties include;
Maintain accurate and compliant maintenance records for statutory and implied statutory activities.
Deliver excellent customer service, interpreting, and managing work orders through the Maximo system
Planning, and dispatching both reactive and planned maintenance works to a number of engineers, sub-contractors, and site managers across various locations
Ensuring all are completed within contractually defined SLA’s and providing administrative support where appropriate
Key Skills/Experience
Experience gained within the Facilities Management environment.
Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint etc. - intermediate to advance level
Knowledge of SAP/Maximo and Planon is desired but not essential as training can be given.
Working within a structured client environment, alongside a customer third party audit structure.
