Role: Workforce Efficiencies Resourcing Lead

Sellick Partnership are working with an NHS client as they are looking to recruit a Resourcing Lead for their team. This is a strategic role providing expert resourcing support to workstreams within the Workforce Efficiencies programme, the Resourcing Lead will have exceptional communication skills and a dynamic personality who can support with bespoke recruitment campaigns and much more.
The duties of the Workforce Efficiencies Resourcing Lead include (not limited too):
- To work in partnership with operational leaders, professional leads and business as usual teams to establish relevant resourcing plans which support the delivery of high quality care
- To act as an advocate of change and modernisation in support of clinical, operational and people strategies, championing best practice, influencing key clinical and operational decisions
- Analyse and provide timely and relevant Management Information, highlighting key trends and proactively influencing service decision making and prioritisation
- To facilitate and assist with maintaining a positive person-centred approach that develops feelings of mutuality, encourages co-operation, and minimises the causes and effects of conflict
- To provide compassionate and credible guidance to the relevant service areas on complex resourcing issues to provide the best outcomes for all parties
- To lead on the development of team recovery plans that advocate for sustainable solutions in regarding to substantive resourcing without reliance on external options
- To work in partnership with business as usual resourcing teams to ensure policies, processes and interventions meet the needs of the service
- To actively promote partnership working with union/professional association colleagues ensuring there are robust processes in place to engage in consultation processes and manage employee relations and change issues effectively
- By championing best practice, influence key business decisions to ensure the effective and proactive sourcing of resource through the fair, efficient and pragmatic application of best practice; this may include the training and coaching of managers and the monitoring and development of best practice to embrace diversity and inclusion in the workforce
The Workforce Efficiencies Resourcing Lead will be able too:
- Ability to communicate, engage and effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Ability to successfully lead large scale organisational change programmes
- Understanding of workforce planning theory and practice
- Expertise in specialist areas such as employee relations, workforce planning, OD, resourcing, management, leadership
- Extensive experience in analysing and interpreting workforce information to inform workforce strategies and plans at a senior level
- Degree level qualification in relevant related subject area or equivalent experience to degree level
