We have an excellent opportunity for a Workforce Planning Reporting Analyst to join our growing Workforce Strategy & Insights team. Working closely with the team Technology Lead, you’ll help define and drive reporting solutions using Workforce Planning data and combining complex data sets to help the business achieve its Workforce Strategy objectives. In doing so you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to HR and wider HSBC strategic roadmaps.

We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

In this role you will:

•    Help drive and deliver analytics improvements for Workforce Planning process.
•    Design and development of effective Workforce Planning Reporting and analysis to improve planning practice and drive value for a range of stakeholders.
•    Designing the integration of planning information with wider HR data & Workforce Strategy and Insights analytics
•    Work with Workforce Strategy and Insights to develop new reporting and analytics optimising the use of Workforce Planning data.
•    Collaborate with key stakeholders including - HR IT, Data Engineering, and 3rd party supplier - Anaplan

Request

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Evidence of requirements capture and definition, ideally planning or reporting/MI requirements. 
•    An awareness of Power BI, People Insights and Workforce Planning tooling.
•    Able to link data from a variety of sources, to produce meaningful management insights appropriate for sometimes senior stakeholders. 
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders. 

This role is based in: UK with hybrid working, preferably Birmingham.
