In this role, you will:
· Control and govern to managed CTO headcount in line with committed targets.
· Ensure that the CTO L4s adhere to the OD metrics set out by HR
· Representation of CTO at WFM Leads Forum (Re-present CTO in Central WFM Leads Forum - provide inputs / suggestions to change process and feedback downstream across service lines)
· Responsible for Governance of Pioneer Data Sanity for Forecast accuracy and alignment
· Coordinate with R&O team to share hiring plans and to set the expectations for CTO
· Make sure MPP rate is aligned with actuals for Perms and Non-perms across all the Service lines and regions.
· Responsible to provide/ produce required headcount metrics in support of decision making to CTO ExCo, Country/Regions and Tech Centre head.
· Deliver process improvements, key controls and automation through constant review both internally and best practice in the market.
· Involve in Tooling strategy such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint as well as standard processes defined by the Head of CTO Workforce Strategy
· Ensure that all the SLAs is at the prescribed level or higher (99.9%)
