Workforce Support Officer (Maternity Cover)

Current NHS staff- Secondoment opportunity only 12 months Non NHS- Fixed term 12 months 1. To be responsible for a comprehensive recruitment service for the ICB. 2. To liaise with applicants, managers and others (e.g. Occupational Health , DBS, referees etc ) in undertaking pre-employment checks to ensure the correct checks are undertaken for new employees 3. To be responsible for the maintenance and accurate input of employee data onto the Workforce Information System Electronic Staff Record (ESR) ensuring the schedule of monthly deadlines are met. 4. Assist in the provision of a workforce information service through the timely production and retrieval of workforce reports/data for internal and external purposes, using judgement to identify any anomalies or discrepancies. 5. Maintain data quality of information on ESR ensuring information is up to date and relevant. 6. Respond to enquiries relating to workforce information and associated employee terms and conditions of service. 7. Ensures that contractual documentation is provided to employees in line with established HR standards 8. Responsible for the administration and setting up of Learning and Development courses in ESR 9. Support HR system data cleanse projects
