MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking for a Workforce Transformation Project Manager to join them on a 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will have a background in the NHS and a proven track record in improving workforce processes. Some of the key duties will include:
- Review of staff bank processes Reviewing Occupational Health clearance process Medical Workforce recruitment process review Reviewing Medical Workforce function Review compliance check processes
This will require someone who can drive change and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience in the NHS, an understanding of medical workforce and general recruitment processes is essential.
Hybrid working is available, but a presence on site will be required as you will be working closely with various operational teams.
