As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Site Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in coordinating site activities, managing personnel, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Manage and motivate site personnel, including subcontractors and labourers.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, preparing and submitting reports to the Project Manager.
• Oversee the procurement and use of materials, equipment, and tools.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure quality control standards are met, conducting regular inspections of work completed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman in the construction industry, preferably within property development.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Valid CSCS card and other relevant certifications.
