We are working with a maintenance contractor that provides high-quality services to social housing clients across the region. We are looking for a general builder / foreman / scheduler to join the team and work on planned works and reactive maintenance. You will be in charge of planning, scheduling, and overseeing the work of the operatives, ensuring that they have the necessary materials, tools, and instructions. You will also be responsible for supervising, snagging, and inspecting properties to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
Location: Bradford
Pay: Negotiable
Duration: On-going work / Temp to Perm
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a multi-skilled operative in the social housing sector
- A relevant trade qualification
- A full UK driving licence
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
- The flexibility to work 50% in the office and 50% on site
