Job description

It’s an exciting time to join AXA Health, with significant investment planned to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a Workplace Adjustments Advisor to deliver health and wellbeing services.
As a Workplace Adjustments Advisor, you’ll provide onsite and remote health assessments for our corporate clients. You’ll also be involved in health promotional activities. You’ll receive a comprehensive training to set you up for success in your new job.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You’ll visit client sites up to 3 times per week in areas such as North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. The rest of your time will be spent working from home.
What you’ll be doing:
Communicate effectively with employees to identify workplace issues and identify solutions to assist them in the workplace. This includes undertaking effective, clinically appropriate workplace assessments.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage cases through to completion, ensuring appropriate escalation as required.
Maintain records to ensure data entered into client records is accurate.
Complete written reports to a specified standard of formatting and quality, taking into consideration evidenced based practice, findings, requirements of the client, clinical reasoning and commercial awareness.
Manage time effectively to meet client needs and specified service level agreements and ensuring any trends relating to specific issues or referral volumes are escalated.
Actively participate in projects as required.
Participate in the auditing of colleagues and 3rd party providers reports.
Maintain professional registration including CPD and share knowledge with the team to ensure clinical colleagues remain updated and provide evidenced based practice.
Follow relevant legislation and organisational policy and procedures escalating any concerns.
