Job description

Job Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Services Supervisor to join our team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team with delivering the Workplace Services Experience in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass and the client.

We have a fantastic relationship with everyone on site and we are the leading relationship builders. The Workplace Services Supervisor is primarily responsible for supporting with the overall efficient and effective building management for Compass and MITIE, auditing, team engagement and escalation of all urgent works and complaints and providing great quality of service.

This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shift patterns between 7 AM to 7 PM. Overtime may be required on occasion for events out of these hours.

Role Responsibility

  • Taking ownership of the requirements of the teams working on their delegated floors
  • Supporting the LWSM by ensuring the working floors operate smoothly
  • Ensuring the Workplace Services Ambassadors provide an effective and consistent level of service to staff on all floors
  • Supporting the health and wellbeing of the workforce while fostering relationships and building the workplace community
  • Monitoring, managing and supporting space utilisation within the London Campus
  • Implementing company policies to comply with all legislation, including H&S and Environmental policies
  • Demonstrating positive behavioural style of being polite, positive, helpful, and leading by example
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with various departments, i.e. events/hospitality, housekeeping, engineering teams for the smooth day-to-day operations

  • Have the ability to “think outside the box” and will always look for innovative ways to improve efficiencies within an office environment to enhance customer service
