Role: Works Co-ordinator
Location: Barnstaple
Salary: £22,822.80 - £23,498.40 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 12 Month Secondment
The Role

Joining as Works Co-ordinator, you will assist in the efficient and effective running of the Home2Home work streams, ensuring the effective progression of works orders through to the booking of appointments and scheduling of works.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- To act as the main point of contact for customers, sub-contractors, internal customers, operatives and stakeholders.
- To raise work orders, including a detailed & accurate description, while allocating the correct Schedule of Rates.
- To organise appointments and manage work diaries for all operational areas in an efficient and effective manner to achieve KPI’s, considering skill-set, duration of work and location.

About You
An understanding of construction and property repairs would be beneficial but by no means essential. All we ask is that you are organised and proactive, with demonstrable experience in working in a customer focused environment and have excellent IT skills.
