What you’ll be doing
As a Works Manager you will represent the company in the delivery of large projects, receiving instructions, issue instruction and provide direction to ensure the successful and safe delivery of projects.
• Deliver the works safely
• Understand project objectives
• Develop, lead and mentor project teams
• Develop client relationships
• Monitor construction programme, identify and manage risks
• Manage and control changes to scope
• Monitor progress against cost plans
• Any other reasonable requests as required by Management

What we’re looking for
Ideally you'll have CSCS, SMSTS and SEATS or equivalent certificates, you'll be self motivated and able to make the right decisions in a fast paced environment.
