Position Overview: As the Works Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of our planned works programme. Your primary focus will be on utilizing project management software, specifically Primavera P6, Oracle, or Microsoft Projects, to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and timely delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless project execution while adhering to quality, safety, and budgetary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Primavera P6, Oracle, or Microsoft Projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources and coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing any challenges.
