Planner Scheduler - Property Maintenance
Are you an experienced Planner Scheduler seeking a new challenge with a leading property maintenance company? We have an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team on a permanent basis.
Position:Planner Scheduler
Salary: GBP24,500
Working Arrangements: Flexible Hybrid Working (Office and Home)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Holiday Entitlement: 35 days (including Bank Holidays)
Pension: 2:1 employer contribution

Role Overview: As a Planner Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in the planning of response works, ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently arranging appointments for our operatives. This position involves managing queries from clients, adapting to changing job requirements, and maintaining accurate records on our job management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client queries and adjusting appointments as necessary.
- Logging and managing current jobs using our job management systems.
- Updating and revising information as job requirements evolve.
- Ordering necessary equipment for ongoing jobs.
- Serving as the primary communication link between clients and maintenance workers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a planner/scheduler.
- Polite and professional demeanor.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
