Workshop Administrator
£30,000 per year
7am to 4pm Shift or 8am to 5pm Shift (Monday to Friday)
Venture Contracts are pleased to be working with an established waste management company based in Milton Keynes. Due to internal promotion and continued growth, they are now actively seeking an experienced Workshop Administrator.
Ultimately your role will be ensuring the smooth running of circa 50 HGVs, carrying out periodic maintenance checks, ensuring that all relevant paperwork, compliance, and safety tests are completed and booked way in advance to avoid downtime of the fleet.
Where you can make a big difference is by making every second in the day count - from booking in HGVs for maintenance and repairs, liaising with suppliers to schedule work, updating managers on progress, or ensuring the correct approvals are in place for the work carried out, you can be sure you will never be looking for something to do! The successful candidate will have solid experience working with HGVs is an essential requirement.
Ideally you will have worked with FleetCheck in previous roles and be confident in using this software.
