Role Overview: As a Workshop Controller, you will be at the heart of their workshop operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of automotive services. Your leadership skills will play a vital role in maintaining high standards and achieving performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring optimal workflow.
- Assign tasks to technicians based on skills and workload.
- Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and services.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work.
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts department for seamless operations.
- Provide guidance and support to the workshop team.
- Uphold a safe and organized working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of workshop processes and technical aspects of vehicle repairs.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
