Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Controller in the Slough area.
This role would ideally suit someone already working as a Workshop Manager or Workshop Controller; however, an experienced senior Service Advisor would be considered.
The main responsibilities of the successful Workshop Controller will include:
Maximising the productivity, efficiency and utilisation of the workshop.
Maximising sales opportunities through the workshop.
The allocation of jobs to the technician's dependent on duration, skill level and job requirement.
Ensuring that any warranty work deemed to be necessary is correctly diagnosed and is authorized by either the warranty controller or the manager.
The successful Workshop Controller candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of sales processes
A full clean driving licence is essential.

Monday to Friday - 8am to 5:30pm
Saturday - 8:30am - 12:30pm (On a rota basis)
£33k basic salary
£45k OTE uncapped and VERY achievable
