Working in a Vehicle Workshop you will be managing a team of Technicians. All cars are fully serviced, and any repair works carried out are ready to be sold to their customers. Looking after a diverse team.
Our client needs a highly reliable and technically minded leader to lead the workshop forward, ensuring the team stay focused and assisting with any fault finding or jumping in and helping if the business needs help. Diagnostic meetings are encouraged to brainstorm on problem cars this allows you to spread the knowledge among the technicians in real-life scenarios.
You will be working closely with the owner to maximise the efficiency of the department.
We require the successful candidate to have:
- A professional but friendly attitude, ideally a qualified technician
- A keen eye for detail,
- Good Technical Knowledge of a wide range of vehicle brands
- The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Good communication and management skills - be one of the team.
- Bodyshop experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
Pay and Benefits
- Salary £36,000 OTE Dependent on Experience
