The Role:
As a Workshop Controller, you will assign tasks to vehicle technicians for the seamless operation of the workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective processes for high satisfaction levels.
- Maximise hours sold, revenue per transaction, VHC adherence, and product sales.
- Motivate and develop the team to achieve daily objectives.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the parts department for optimal availability.
- Guarantee accurate completion of repair documentation.
- Adhere to manufacturer warranty standards consistently.
- Maintain a safe working environment and uphold high standards of housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role.
- Franchised dealership background.
- Basic IT literacy.
- Experience as a fully qualified Technician / MOT tester. (Preferred)
- Full UK driving licence.
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
- Saturday: 8am - 5:30pm (1 in 4 weekends)
