Workshop Controller

We are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller for our clients Franchise Car Dealership in the Reading, Berkshire area.
Responsible for a large team of technicians, we are looking for a good communicator who can motivate the team.
Applicant Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Workshop Controller
- Understands workshop productivity.
- Quality control of completed jobs.
- Good communication skills.
- Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Motor Vehicle Technician or previous Senior Service Advisor
