WORKSHOP CONTROLLER OTE: £52,000   Bodyshop Workshop Controller Details: Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Working Hours: 8am - 5pm - Mon - Fri Location: Northampton   Looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller for our bodyshop to facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team to deliver a quality repair - on time, every time.   The successful Workshop Controller will deliver exceptional market-leading customer service by actively managing the delivery of a first-class customer service journey.
