SalaryWorkshop Engineer required. Our client is a well-established Engineering company that is one of the market leaders in the industrial wheel and castor industry. They are seeking a Workshop Engineer that is happy to get involved with a number of duties including Polyurethane Moulding, Welding, manual and CNC Machining.
Workshop Engineer Position Overview
- Polyurethane Moulding
- Set and Operator CNC Lathes
- Read & interpret a drawings
- Carrying out Quality Inspection on own work to drawings
- Reporting to the Production Manager, and reporting any quality issues
Workshop Engineer Position Requirements
- Proven background in Polyurethane Moulding is very advantageous
- Setting and operating of CNC Turning machines would also be advantageous
- Welding experience is preferred but not essential
- Based in a commutable distance of Birmingham
- Full UK Driving License
Workshop Engineer Position Remuneration
- Full time - Permanent
- Salary £25,000 - £30,000 Dependent upon experience
- Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00
- Competitive holiday allowance
