I am currently working for an industrial manufacturing company supplying into some of the UK's biggest retailers at their site based in Sandy.
Main responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Head of Manufacturing
- Managing a team of around 45 staff
- Responsible for 3 departments in the workshop
- Will be managing staff on a 2 shift pattern
- Responsible for manufacture to the time schedules and designs
- Putting forward ideas for continuous improvements within production lines
To be considered for this position you will have experience managing a team within a sheet metal/ workshop environment and have some experience with continuous improvements.
