Job Opportunity
If you are an accomplished workshop controller or manager looking for a new career direction, this could be just the job you have been waiting for. You will be overseeing a small, friendly team covering a variety of vehicles, and work including everything to do with convertibles. This role is not on the tools, but a sound mechanical knowledge will be beneficial to your application. Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day running of a busy workshop
- Ensure all quality standards are maintained
- Work with the management team to improve the workshop side of the business
- Ensure targets are hit and work with the team to achieve these goals
Qualifications
- Proven track record in running a workshop team
- A keen eye for quality control
- Previous technical experience beneficial
- Computer literate
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary GBP38k - GBP40k DOE
- Christmas bonus to GBP2k
- 830am-530pm M-F, 1 in 4 Sats pm
- 20 days holiday + BH, pension scheme
