The Role

As a Workshop Plant Fitter, the successful candidates’ primary responsibility will be the servicing and maintenance of heavy plant machinery and fleet vehicles. This includes conducting regular inspections, diagnosing issues, and performing necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. You'll need to adhere strictly to company health and safety policies, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in your work, even when under pressure.
Additionally, a customer-focused approach is essential as you collaborate with colleagues and interact with clients to efficiently manage workload priorities.

The Person
- Quick learner with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Industry knowledge is essential (heavy plant history).
- Familiarity with PC hardware is advantageous.
