Are you a Workshop Supervisor/ site supervisor or similar with a background in recycling/waste management or similar looking to work for an employee owned UK leading business who specialise in waste management where you have direct control over the success of the business?

This innovative company specialise in waste management, established 53 years ago, they have grown to over 200 employees across the UK and are looking to expand their Torrington branch of 30 people. They are an employee-owned company meaning you have a direct impact over the success of the company with the potential to have a share in the business.

This varied role will see you managing a team of 7 people ensuring operation runs smoothly, health and safety, completing daily inspections and damage reports, interact with clients, enforcing correct procedures are followed and traffic management. You will be working Mon-Fri ((07:30am - 16:30) and will receive annual financial bonuses, milestone vouchers, other financial incentives throughout the year and the option of flexible working.

This role would suit a Workshop Supervisor/ site supervisor or similar with a background in recycling/waste management or similar looking to work for a UK leading company that specialise in waste management who provide the chance to progress your career and upskill as well as flexible working and financial bonuses.

The Role:

• Ensuring operation runs smoothly, health and safety, completing daily inspections and damage reports, interact with clients, enforcing correct procedures are followed and traffic management.
• Managing a team of 7 people
• Mon - Fri (07:30am-16:30pm)

The Person:

• Worship Supervisor or Site supervisor or similar
• A back ground in recycling/waste management
• Commutable to Torrington (Devon)
