At ARR Craib Ltd, we have a vacancy for aWorkshop Support Operative based at our Aberdeen depot.
The position of Workshop SupportOperative involves:
- Presenting vehicles & trailers for MOT test.
- Use of a Counterbalance to load & unload ballast weights to vehicles and trailers for MOT tests and for routine brake testing.
- Carry out routine brake testing on vehicles and trailers with dynamic brake rollers.
- Clean vehicles and trailers for MOT preparation.
- Carry out vehicle & trailer collection & delivery duties.
- Handle bulk fuel deliveries into the depot fuel tank.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace environment.
- Assist with any other general workshop related duties as and when required.
- Due to the nature of the role, Health and Safety and Safe Systems of work are paramount. You must ensure that you are following the company’s health and safety policy at all times.
