Are you an experienced and dedicated Year 6 Teacher eager to make a significant impact on student's academic journeys in Thornton Cleveleys? Do you have a passion for guiding students through this crucial stage of their education? If you're available to start from March 2024, we want to hear from you!
We are delighted to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Year 6 Teacher. Commencing in March, we are currently seeking a Year 6 teacher for ad-hoc supply, with daily cover positions offering a pay range of 110- 130 per day, while long-term staff can expect to start at 144 and earn up to 190 per day. The expectation of daily cover is that work will be provided for you, no planning or preparation is needed, you will be required to deliver the work, maintain the class inline with school expectations and mark before leaving. This role is perfect for anyone wanting to maintain their classroom status but without the full teaching responsibilities. This form of cover usually supports schools with daily sickness and absence. Longer term roles pay higher and require the commitment of a teacher to plan, deliver, mark and assess children's progress as well as wider school responsibilities.
These roles will be temporary contact term time only and dependant on school needs, for example: maternity cover, resignations and staffing gaps. These roles pay higher as you will be responsible for full planning, preparation, classroom management, SLT and parent meetings and wider school responsibilities.
