Salary Tiger Private is looking for an experienced Yacht Chef for an exciting role onboard a luxury yacht based across Italy and the Mediterranean.
You will be joining a small, experienced crew onboard a 43meter yacht currently in the Shipyard getting ready for the upcoming Med season, where they expect to be busy with charters booked along with the usual boss trips.
The Chef will be required to cook at the very top-level and be confident adapting to suit various tastes and dietary requirements, often at short notice.
The chosen candidate should be flexible, have an adaptable approach and take pride in their food presentation.
You will be responsible for provisioning and should have a good knowledge of where to source high quality produce across Mediterranean hotspots.
The Principals are a family of three and you should feel confident cooking for up to twelve guests.
Crew food will also need to be provided, as you will work as the sole Chef onboard.
Excellent references will be required along with an up-to-date STCW and ENG1 certificate as this is a required to work onboard.
