Form of workOur SKELTON branch is looking to recruit:-
Yard Assistant/Relief HGV Driver
In this role you will be expected to work alternate Saturday mornings throughout the year.
On a daily basis you will be assisting customers, provide excellent customer service, load and unload vehicles, pick and check orders, store stock safely and maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
You will also be making multi drop deliveries to customers in the surrounding area, providing top quality customer service driving the Class 2 HGV vehicles with the Remote HIAB Crane. A Class 2 licence is desirable for this role with experience/licence in the use of Remote HIAB being advantageous.
In addition to the above a counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential for this role. For this position, knowledge of the building industry and building products would be a distinct advantage.
