Temp to perm role

Pay rate: 150 - 225 /per day (Depending on experience)
Start date - 08th January 2024.

A mainstream primary school in the Essex area are looking for a Year 1 QTS primary trained teacher for a temporary to permanent role.
The role is a temp to perm position for a teacher looking for a fixed term, until the end of the academic year.

For the right candidate this would be with a view to a permanent contract from September. The school would be open to strong ECTs and would like to interview and observe a trial lesson.

If you believe you are the ideal candidate for the role you will have:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or recognised teaching qualification.
• A valid DBS and successful vetting/safeguarding checks.
• UK classroom experience with a calm, kind, and nurturing approach.
• Experience working in a KS2 setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a Year 1 Primary classroom.
• Following and implementing the school policies, rules, and procedures.
• Following the primary school curriculum.
• Supporting the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to the head of department.

This role is suitable for NQTs and are offering placement support from September 2024.
