Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 5 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities, including SEN students.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support individual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the holistic development of students.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
- Uphold the school's values and ethos while promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5.
- Strong understanding of SEN and strategies for differentiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Dedication to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
