• Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team
• Oversee year-end financial processes and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Implement and enhance financial systems and processes
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the board and senior management

Profile

A successful Year End Consultant

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Experience in the housing sector- essential
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £70,000- £79,000 depending on experience
• 30 days holiday
• 10% pension contribution
