Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective Pilates programs for clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Manage the Studio side of the clinic by generating new classes and a client base.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of Pilates exercises and techniques
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during Pilates sessions
- Monitor and correct clients' form and technique to maximize results and prevent injuries
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of program design, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Previous experience in sports coaching, group fitness, or personal training is preferred
- Certification in Pilates instruction is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt exercises for clients with different fitness levels or physical limitations
