Young Persons Worker

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Young Persons Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring and supporting young individuals, with experience in special education and youth work.

Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and support to Young Persons in various settings
- Mentor and educate young individuals on life skills and personal development
- Assist in creating and implementing programs tailored to the needs of Young Persons
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the well-being of the individuals
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to help Young Persons reach their full potential

Skills:

- Experience working with children or youth
- Strong mentoring and communication skills
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Ability to educate and empower young individuals
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards the needs of Young Persons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
