This role involves assisting young people with household tasks, budgeting, and personal care, as well as fostering positive relationships with individuals and external professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young people in achieving independence with household tasks, budgeting, and personal care.
- Complete mandatory and recommended training to support personal development.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, parents, external professionals and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with Every Child Matters, the Leaving Care Act 2018 and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain a safe environment for young people, adhering to PCM Policies and Procedures.
- Keep accurate daily contact notes and liaise with other domiciliary providers as needed.
- Promote anti-discriminatory practices and equal opportunities.
Requirements:
- Right to work full-time in the UK without sponsorship.
- Enhanced DBS check.
