Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2025
You will deliver training and support to care experienced young people to raise the skills and attainment levels of the Borough’s residents by:
- Building capacity and harnessing effective working relationships to ensure economic capability and wellbeing is improved for care experienced young people and that a suitably skilled workforce is available to meet the needs of local employers;
- Working with colleagues involved in improving quality of services, contributing to the devising of processes and procedures to improve overall quality and consistency of programmes;
- Developing and managing effective relationships with referral partners, employers, key points of contact and other key stakeholders and contributing to the quality improvement activities to maximise successful outcomes.
