SalaryDescription: If you are an experienced, professionally qualified Youth Worker with extensive management experience this role could be for you! We are looking for an inspirational Youth Work Manager to lead the delivery of detached and centre-based activities for young people using youth-led approaches. If you also enjoy supporting staff to make a positive difference in the lives of young people, we would love to hear from you.
Job purpose: The management and delivery of Youth Work projects across East Surrey including detached and centre based using youth-led approaches.
Hours of work: 28 hours per week, 4 days a week; 7 hours per day plus 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily
Location: YMCA Horley Family Centre with travel to other sites across East Surrey
Salary: £26,623 - £29,951
Annual leave: 5 weeks per annum plus bank holidays. (Pro-rata for part time). The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.
