Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to young people
- Assist in the development and implementation of targetted youth projects
- Facilitate educational and recreational activities for youth
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of the youth
- Monitor and document the progress of each session
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
Experience:
- Experience working with youth is preferred
- Knowledge of youth work practices and engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and abilities
- Patience and empathy when working with youth facing challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
