  • Your creative flare and innovative eventing ideas will come to life whilst planning and executing in store events, with the business goal to drive retail targets.
  • Your passion for influencing and people will come to play when leading from the front, sharing best practices with exceptional eventing. Aligned with our values, whilst being trend led and commercially aware.
  • You are digitally savvy and actively engage with social media trends to create content, with executing a strong on camera presence.


Key Responsibilities…

  • You will have the ability to influence stakeholders and be results oriented, engaging in the delivery to impact positive growth and master retail excellence. Being accountable for the performance in your stores.
  • You will be a genuine Brand Ambassador, confidently leading the animation and coaching for retailer engagement whilst bringing our brands to life, through cast training. You will be responsible for growing our retail business through achieving business metrics.
  • Following brand guidelines you will push the boundaries in digital engagement to create real emotion with your content through platforms such as TikTok. Analysing data to upskill and share your social savvy best practices with your teams.


Must Haves…

  • Minimum of 3 years Retail experience. This role will suit someone who has been a Beauty Counter Manager and has a flare for eventing, and bringing brands to life!
  • Flexible approach to availability in line with the needs of the business, including weekends.
  • We would love your animating magic to be spread across UKI, therefore we would need you to be comfortable with travelling and overnight stays. This role is store based, so you will be comfortable travelling within the region to multiple different Boots stores.
  • Proven track record of driving retail, providing exceptional customer service and events
  • Well developed analytical skills, with the ability to approach in identifying opportunities.


Support And Development…

  • Your induction and onboarding will be led by your Area Manager.
  • You will attend regular team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques and get to play with all our new iconic products!
