What you’ll do:
- Financial performance for the Uk-ireland zone. This includes accountability for quarterly and yearly operating plan targets and the pipeline development with your team that accompanies the achievement of these goals.
- Responsibility for the annual and long-range strategic plan associated with the growth of your zone.
- Lead a high performing professional team including measurement of performance against organization objectives for commercial excellence, quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
- Attract, retain, coach, and develop world-class commercial personnel to realize product commercial strategy
- Model leadership skills Collaborate cross-functionally within other Cytiva Modalities, geographic zones and business units to maximize influence on best solutions and ways of working to meet our customers growing complex needs
- Support and suggest the development of new products, services and ideas that come from working with the client base and a knowledge of the competitive landscape
Who you are:
- Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in relevant Life Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent years of experience
- Demonstrated success with at least five years of progressive commercial responsibility
- Possess a solid understanding and knowledge of the biopharmaceutical/biotech industry, preferably with prior experience within the bioproduction manufacturing workflow
- 2 years of leadership responsibility preferred
- Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, influencing, relationship building and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop financially sound sales solutions
- Ability to energize, develop rapport at all levels within an organization.
