The Opportunity:
To support teaching and assessment processes for a number of courses; engaging with undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate taught (PGT) students, course organisers and the academic community. To contribute to and deliver an exceptional and distinctive experience for our students.
We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
Your skills and attributes for success:
• Accurate, thorough, and methodical approach, for example, data entry, checking of marks on the Assessment and Progression Tool (APT)
• Competent and proven digital and IT skills; Microsoft Office applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel – including Office 365 and SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email, web.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise a demanding workload as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, helpful, approachable and confident manner towards students and staff.
