1:1 SEN Teaching assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year KS2 General Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with the planning and preparation of learning materials.
• Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.
• Support the social and emotional development of students.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with primary school students.
• A passion for education and a commitment to the well-being of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• A relevant qualification or willingness to undertake training.
