If so, at Ribbons & Reeves, we are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive 1:1 SEND Support Assistant to work for a year at one of Barnet's schools, helping students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
1:1 SEND Support Assistant | About the role:
- You could earn up to £105 a day (including holiday pay!) | Paid via PAYE.
- You will be provided with full training before undertaking the role.
- You’ll be supporting children with SEND with their class work, along with implementing skills and strategies developed in the classroom.
- You will be leading your extracurricular sessions or 1:1 sessions with children outside of the classroom to assist their learning further, and developing your skills.
- You will become a friendly face for children with ASD to see around school.
- A First-Class Degree in Psychology or a related subject.
- Child-Centred Experience.
- Aspirations to become a Psychologist or Therapist in the future.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a calm temperament.
