Supported Housing Assistant

About the role of Supported Housing Assistant:

Reporting to the Supported housing manager, we are looking for Supported Housing Assistant, to provide a thorough support service across locations within 5 boroughs of South London, which includes, property health & safety checks and void inspections

We are seeking an individual who can work in partnership with other teams within MTVH as well as external organisations providing support in MTVH properties.

You will be required to work 37.5 hours over a 5 -day week

What we need from you:

  • To be successful in the role previous experience of working in housing management
  • Understanding of Housing legislation, process and systems.
  • Must be IT literate (Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • To be results orientated with an understanding of issues related to Supported Housing
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of safeguarding frameworks applicable to vulnerable individuals and families.
  • Understand arrears and court processes
  • We are therefore seeking individuals with drive and ambition to deliver excellence and support the winning of future business.
