Job Description
You will be required to work within a team of 1st and 2nd line support colleagues supporting 1500 users. Reporting to IT Service Desk manager.
You will be handling problems with computers and mobile devices, password resets, basic application changes, Wi-Fi, printer support, new starters and other projects as and when required.
Good communication skills are key. Knowledge of working on an IT Service Desk is an advantage. Job may involve occasional travel to our other sites and office in the UK
Qualifications
Previous experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, Microsoft Office and Windows, some basic understanding of IT networks and infrastructure.
